Our Pastor has attended here since 1990 and also served on staff for 13 years with youth, children and the music. His wife Carol was born and raised in Archdale Church of the Nazarene. They both attended college at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville where they met and later married before moving to Archdale. They have 4 girls and now four son-in-loves and also 11 grandkids.

Jen has been married to her husband Earl for 26 years and enjoyed several ministry positions during that time. Earl and Jen have a son and daughter, Trevor and Grace, who are very accomplished athletes in the sport of TNT. 

Jen has enjoyed working with and leading prison ministries, VBS, nursery, youth, women’s ministry, and Juvenile Detention Center Ministries over the last 25 years. Jen has a heart for young people to be loved, guided and protected.
